The Situation
A 4-bay workshop in Musaffah was running entirely on paper. Job cards were handwritten, technician assignments were verbal, and invoices were typed in Excel. When the owner wasn't present, he had no idea what was happening on the floor. Customers calling to check on their car often went unanswered. The workshop was losing an estimated 2–3 vehicles per week to competitors because nobody followed up after the service estimate was sent.
What We Built
AutoShopStack was installed on the owner's phone and a shared iPad on the service counter. All job cards were created digitally from day one. The Kanban workshop board gave the owner a live view of every bay — from check-in to completion — without being on-site. WhatsApp reminders for Mulkiya renewals and next-service dates were set up and started sending automatically within the first week.
